Our official format:
1. Name of Player you are reporting:
2. Reason of your Report:
3. Where did it happened (Forum/Server):
4. Their Status (VIP/Admin):
5. Their Level:
6. When did it happened (YYYY/MM/DD):
7. Anything else:
READ:
The (YYYY/MM/DD) Mean (Year/Mounth/Day)
Example:
(2014/03/01)
1. Name of Player you are reporting:
2. Reason of your Report:
3. Where did it happened (Forum/Server):
4. Their Status (VIP/Admin):
5. Their Level:
6. When did it happened (YYYY/MM/DD):
7. Anything else:
