This Command Spawns a Shamal for the VIP Player

VHeal
Heals The VIP Player (can use once per death)

VArmour
Gives Armour to The VIP Player (can use once per death)

VWeap
Gives Special Weapons to the VIP Players (can use once per death)

VCarGod
Unlimited Car Health.

a Very Special Balloon Function That allows VIP Players to Fly!

Per Kill
If ur BRONZE u will get 700$ cash for kill and 1 Score
If ur SILVER u will get 900$ cash for kill and 1 Score
If ur GOLD u will get 1000$ cash for kill and 1 Score

And THE VIPS ARE:

BRONZE VIP : If player donates $15
SILVER VIP: If player donates $25
GOLD VIP: If player donates $45
